Phase 1
Platform integrity begins before any project is ever initiated. We operate a rigorous, manual corporate vetting queue to filter out transactional risk from the outset.
GhanaCard Identity Vetting: No service provider profile goes live without a successful identity match against their physical GhanaCard.
Account Activation: Once verified, the provider is assigned a unique system ID and listed on the hyper-local marketplace.
Phase 2
Clients can transparently browse verified specialists or post custom project requests across all 16 regions of Ghana.
Localized Search: Clients filter providers by trade, location, language, and verified performance rating.
Compensated Site Assessments: To prevent uncompensated operational costs for professionals, initial site assessments and quotes are protected by a standardized logistics visitation fee.
Scope Specification: The professional inspects the requirements, tracks estimated expenses, and submits a formal digital quote containing exact milestones through the platform.
Phase 3
We eliminate payment defaults and upfront deposit fraud by acting as a neutral clearinghouse for project capital.
Upfront Funding: Once a quote is accepted, the client deposits the total project fee securely onto the platform via our integrated Mobile Money (MoMo) or card payment gateways.

Scope Variations: Any necessary modifications to the original project scope are submitted, funded, and approved digitally, keeping contracts completely transparent.
Phase 5
Capital moves only when work matches expectations. On successful delivery, the platform triggers a dual payoff and business evaluation cycle.
