An integrated, dual-engine ecosystem
Unlike single-tier directories, the platform runs two engines designed together for retention and defensible market capture.
Engine one
Trust & transactions
A fully verified network, vetted against national identification, integrated with automated escrow. This removes project risk for clients and secures payout for artisans.
Engine two
The business OS
A micro-SaaS workspace inside the provider app: automated expense tracking, invoicing per job and across the business, and downloadable accounting reports, driving operational formalisation.

Three revenue streams, from day one
Transactional volume, recurring SaaS and hyper-local advertising capture value at every stage of an artisan's lifecycle.
01: Marketplace
Dual transactional streams
6% on native platform jobs: a fixed commission on the base transaction value of work generated through our matching system.
4% on external workflow management: artisans bring their own off-platform clients onto our software for secure workflow, payments and expense tracking, at a reduced rate. This is the retention driver: it positions the app as the operating system for their whole business.
Statutory VAT, NHIL and GETFund are applied strictly to our commission, never to the artisan's core earnings.
02: Recurring SaaS
GH₵49.99 a month, or GH₵490.00 a year
The Business subscription opens the premium dashboard: advanced tracking modules, automated billing, and downloadable financial reports: profit and loss, cash flow and financial ratios. An artisan can take these to a commercial bank to apply for a credit line.
03: Ad-tech layer
GH₵3.00 a day for a profile boost
An on-demand promotion that lifts a profile to the top of local search results for a low daily fee. High-frequency, near-zero marginal cost, and an immediate cash-flow mechanic for the platform.

Compliance first
Institutional scaling requires structural compliance. The platform is built to minimise corporate and operational liability.

Registered Data Controller
Certified with the Ghana Data Protection Commission under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), covering the handling of all identity infrastructure.
Payments
No card or MoMo credentials on our servers
Transactions are architected on Paystack with split-payout webhooks. No raw card or mobile-money authentication data touches our infrastructure, which removes a whole class of cybersecurity and fraud liability.
Collections
Insulated upfront framework
Legal and interface guardrails insulate the platform from collection defaults, shifting risk transparently while keeping market-flexible features such as mobilisation upfronts.
